Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I've just returned from Paris--a trip of a lifetime. On Monday, I wandered into a cookbook store on the Left Bank, where I was interviewed by a reporter for BBC radio. We talked about cookbook shopping, what makes a good cookbook, and cookbooks by the great chefs. (Are they worthwhile?) I don't know when or if the feature will air or if my plug for cookingmedia.com will make the final cuts. Please drop me an email if you hear the show.
